So we come to you, and bathe dogs using an outdoor water source or a designated tub. No more owner anxiety about the facility being used to care for their loved ones. What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Over the years we noticed owners get just as much anxiety about how and where their loved ones are being treated. We decided to provide in-home services so that everyone is more comfortable What do you love most about your job? I love seeing a matted mess, and the owners going, please fix this. Most expect that they will have a bald baby when we are done. Then we hand them back clean and brushed with fur intact, with wagging tails are and smiles on owners’ faces. What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer? We are so glad Hero has all his fur, we didn’t think any groomer could get the mats out and not even touch the trimmers. Thank you!
